What you'll do

Serve as the on-site ICT infrastructure lead for hyperscale data center deployments.
Coordinate vendor-assisted rack deployment and installation across multiple data halls.
Implement structured cabling systems and fiber optic infrastructure in large-scale environments.
Review and coordinate technical drawings, pathway designs, and field modifications.
Perform quality inspections to validate installation standards and compliance.
Support ISP/OSP fiber infrastructure for hyperscale cloud network environments.
Participate in rotating on-call support during deployment and operational phases.

What we're looking for

6+ years of ICT infrastructure engineering or telecommunications deployment experience
Experience in coordinating technical vendors and installation contractors for data center deployments
Expertise in structured cabling systems, fiber optic infrastructure, and ISP/OSP fiber deployments
Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and BICSI certifications (RCDD, DCDC)
Ability to perform quality inspections and validate ICT infrastructure installations
On-site work capability in Saline, MI or willingness to relocate nearby
