What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in STEM with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree in STEM with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
PhD in a related technical field.
Experience in medical device industry or surgery field.
Expertise in usability standards and models for design validation.
Ability to lead cross-functional engineering activities across product lifecycle.
Strong communication skills to influence and inspire teams.
