  • Validate workflow efficiency, usability, reliability, and clinical outcomes under real-use conditions.
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative methods to demonstrate safe and effective product use.
  • Analyze test results to identify use errors, operational difficulties, and product defects.
  • Document end-to-end usability strategies and evaluation outcomes for product versions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree in STEM with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • PhD in a related technical field.
  • Experience in medical device industry or surgery field.
  • Expertise in usability standards and models for design validation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional engineering activities across product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and inspire teams.
