As a Senior GPU Memory Architect, you will join the GPU memory architecture team to solve complex problems while optimizing performance, area, complexity, and power on leading-edge silicon processes. Your daily work involves analyzing benchmarks and application workloads to identify microarchitecture optimizations, creating architectural specifications, and collaborating with industry partners on software interfaces. You will debug issues using RTL simulation and silicon while designing for products in autonomous vehicles, AI, gaming, and mobile systems. The role requires expertise in memory caching, interconnects, multi-core systems, memory coherency, and hardware memory management units. Candidates should possess a master's degree or PhD in related fields and experience in GPU or CPU architecture development.
