NVIDIA’s Architecture Modeling group seeks Architects, Functional Modeling Engineers, and Simulation experts to join its GPU Architecture teams. In this role, you will collaborate with top-tier architects to develop functional simulation platforms for upcoming GPU generations, including modeling GPU architecture and baseboard components, designing tools for analysis and validation, and creating tests and testing infrastructure. You will also leverage AI technologies to enhance daily tasks and guide the evolution of the simulation platform. Ideal candidates possess a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 5+ years of experience, strong programming skills in C++, C, Python, and Perl, expertise in SystemC and TLM modeling, proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, and excellent problem-solving and collaboration abilities.

What you'll do

What we're looking for
BS, MS, PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Proficient programming skills in C++, C, and scripting languages like Python or Perl.
Solid background in Computer Architecture including System C & TLM modeling experience.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a track record of resolving complex issues.
