What you'll do

Develop and deploy scalable GenAI applications that integrate with existing workflows to enhance productivity.
Use state-of-the-art AI tools and techniques to accelerate GPU and SOC architecture modeling.
Identify and design customized AI-based solutions for specific hardware architecture problem domains.
Incorporate LLMs into automated workflows and establish best practices with infrastructure engineers.
Research emerging AI technologies and engineering best practices to evolve the development ecosystem.
Integrate state-of-the-art GenAI applications with simulation platforms and architecture team processes.

What we're looking for

BS, MS, PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in related areas.
Proficiency in C++, Python, and ML frameworks like LangChain, LangSmith, Claude Agent SDK, Nemo Agent Toolkit, or other AI agentic tools.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude, Llama) and multimodal models.
Background in Computer Architecture with experience in modeling (preferred).
Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a track record of driving issues to closure.
