The Senior Full Stack Engineer – React & AI will join the Cat Financial team to lead the design, development, and delivery of new capabilities for the company's AI workflow platform. What we're looking for

2+ years of experience as a technical lead or go-to code reviewer for a development team is required.
Strong front-end experience with React and TypeScript and back-end experience with Python or Node.js is required.
Hands-on experience building applications on AWS cloud services and integrating with systems like Snowflake, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and GitHub is required.
Hands-on experience building generative AI into applications, including LLMs, agent-based workflows, retrieval, and evaluation, is required.
Experience delivering AI agents or LLM-based solutions in production (preferred).
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (SOX, audit, IT risk) (preferred).
