Senior Full Stack Developer AVP

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain full stack applications including frontend interfaces and backend services for the Oracle Ledger Program.
• Build common services and user interfaces using Java, Angular or React, and REST APIs.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from initial analysis and design through to testing and implementation.
• Provide L3 technical support to diagnose and resolve complex production issues within a global delivery model.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement automated test coverage using Selenium to ensure system integrity across releases.
• Define and uphold engineering standards and best practices to maintain a consistent codebase.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide technical guidance and mentoring to teammates.

What we're looking for

• Experience in software development with a focus on full stack engineering across enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Java for backend development and experience building/consuming REST APIs in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React for building responsive, user-facing web interfaces.
• Practical experience with Selenium for automated testing and maintaining test suites.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver software projects end-to-end under deadline pressure.
• Experience providing advanced application support, including root cause analysis of complex production issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with Python, Oracle financial systems, or global delivery models (preferred).
