What you'll do

  • Lead the design of global revenue financial processes to ensure standardization and efficiency.

  • Represent Finance in end-to-end process design for Revenue, facilitating cross-functional alignment.
  • Plan and roadmap future capabilities for appropriate deployments within SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Validate change impacts on organizational processes and technology during transformation phases.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of MedTech experience in BUF/FP&A or SC Finance.
  • Proven hands-on project delivery with a focus on technology implementation.
  • Solid understanding of MedTech Supply Chain, Deliver, and Commercial Operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for influencing and collaborating across teams.
  • Deep technical finance knowledge and ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
  • SAP knowledge and experience with J&J financial systems preferred.
