What you'll do

Partner with strategic customers to understand architecture, workflows, and security requirements.
Translate complex customer problems into scalable solution designs and working prototypes.
Investigate and troubleshoot production-level platform issues across various components.
Design end-to-end enterprise solutions spanning Adobe Experience Platform and adjacent systems.
Lead technical workshops, health checks, and deep dives to earn customer trust before commercial motions.
Rapidly prototype new capabilities using AI-assisted tools as part of the execution process.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles.
Proven ability to translate complex customer problems into scalable solution designs and working prototypes.
Strong understanding of distributed systems behavior at scale, including data integrity, graceful degradation, and observability.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Journey Orchestration (AJO), and adjacent Adobe systems.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for design, prototyping, and delivery.
Capability to navigate complex organizational boundaries and regulatory constraints in regulated industries.
