  • Strong knowledge of Maintenance & Reliability best practices, including asset criticality and PM/PdM strategies.
  • Experience deploying enterprise CMMS/CAMS systems across multiple sites or regions.
  • Proven ability to translate engineering requirements into scalable standards and processes.
  • Experience operating in regulated manufacturing environments with understanding of documentation and audit readiness.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred.
