What you'll do

Lead the onsite electrical facilities technician team for maintenance and troubleshooting of mission-critical power infrastructure.
Build and lead an in-house self-perform maintenance program for electrical systems, including training and continuous improvement.
Ensure strict compliance with NFPA 70E and other safety standards for all electrical work practices.
Manage vendor performance and service execution to ensure quality and safe field coordination.
Track KPIs related to maintenance execution, downtime, equipment health, and incident response effectiveness.
Support incident response and outage planning to improve resilience and reduce repeat failures in critical systems.

What we're looking for

3-5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance or critical facilities operations
1-3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or service teams
Strong background in electrical safety and regulatory compliance (NFPA 70E)
Experience leading high-risk operational environments and vendor partners
Proven ability to improve maintenance reliability and field execution standards
Familiarity with mission-critical power infrastructure components and systems
OSHA 30 certification preferred
