What you'll do

Define and steward executive external narrative architecture, translating complex technical strategies into clear stories.
Develop end-to-end keynote content for major events, ensuring technically precise and cinematically clear presentations.
Lead executive prep for tier-one external events, including briefing decks, run-of-shows, and Q&A preparation.
Serve as primary speech coach for executives, running rehearsals and providing direct feedback on delivery and pacing.
Craft internal communications aligned with external narratives to ensure employees hear the strategy first from their leaders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field with 8+ years of executive communications experience.
Proven ability to write keynotes and long-form speeches for large audiences and media/analyst groups.
Deep understanding of technology, including software, cloud, AI, and developer platforms.
Experience coaching senior executives on delivery, presence, and message discipline.
Track record of producing keynotes and demos for tier-one industry events from a communications perspective.
Demonstrated skill in building thought-leadership platforms that influence industry conversations.
