What you'll do

• Own and manage the Integrated Customer and Through-Partner Marketing Scorecard to track performance and ROI.
• Lead connected sales and marketing reviews to assess investment impact and identify execution gaps.
• Coordinate annual and in-year planning to align priorities, investments, and success metrics for Marketing Excellence.
• Operationalize Smart Campaigns tooling for seller-to-customer outreach, ensuring readiness and adoption across teams.
• Develop and execute the Marketing Excellence communications strategy to ensure clarity and engagement among stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in business consulting, sales operations, IT, account management, or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in near-term strategy, management consulting, or finance.
• Experience driving performance management and operational rhythms in a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and execution at scale.
• Demonstrated excellence in executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of marketing metrics, funnel performance, and pipeline impact.
