As the Senior Engineering Manager, Observability, you will lead an international, high-velocity team focused on building a Developer Observability Platform. Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop senior engineers while building high-performing, inclusive teams.
Experience in observability, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, edge/proxy systems, or high-scale APIs (preferred).
Experience with hosted customer-facing observability products, global production environments, or specific tools like Clickhouse and Grafana (preferred).
