What we're looking for

Proven ability to manage engineering teams of over 20 people, including other Engineering Managers.
Extensive experience (12+) in software engineering with expertise in distributed systems and scalable backend architecture.
Deep knowledge in Growth space, focusing on Acquisition, Retention, and LTV optimization.
Strong track record leading Machine Learning Engineers and applying ML to product personalization at scale.
Experience building or managing teams that optimize incentives using real-time offer surfacing and ranking techniques.
Ability to balance high-velocity experimentation with platform reliability for large-scale user bases.
