Senior Engineering Manager, Core Automation (Platform)

What you'll do

• Apply advanced GenAI techniques and Agentic AI to solve complex organizational challenges.
• Build and manage engineering teams specifically within the Compliance domain.
• Design and develop scalable software systems using modern cloud technology and best practices.
• Translate product and technical visions into tangible quarterly roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Coach team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs across teams.
• Hire, train, and grow a high-performing team focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Create and enforce processes to improve engineering quality and AI adoption.

What we're looking for

• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 5 years of engineering management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing managers.
• Experience creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenented, distributed systems at scale.
• Ability to be hands-on with code, technical documentation, on-call rotations, and incident leadership.
• Experience getting LLM based applications to production (preferred).
• Experience in the Customer Support Compliance or Financial Crimes domains (preferred).
