Senior Engineering Manager, Ad Performance Recommendation

What you'll do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers for the Ad Performance Recommendation team.
• Define the vision and strategy for machine learning and data science applications across the product suite.
• Develop and optimize AdTech-specific ML models to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Ensure all machine learning applications comply with privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Mentor and coach team members through 1:1s, code reviews, and career development plans.
• Partner with leadership to shape the long-term AI strategy and architecture for the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure AI features deliver measurable business impact and customer value.
• Partner with recruiting to source and hire top talent to scale the engineering team.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience building services and products.
• 5+ years of experience applying machine learning to real-life problems.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python, and SQL.
• Proven experience delivering scalable ML systems in production.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop data scientists and machine learning engineers.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Mathematics, CS, AI, or Physics.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
