What you'll do

Design and implement BMS, BAS, EPMS, and SCADA systems for new data center builds and retrofit projects.
Develop control system standards, reference designs, and engineering specifications for global infrastructure.
Define control architectures including system topology, communication protocols, tagging standards, and alarming strategies.
Conduct project design reviews to ensure controls meet safety, reliability, and operational requirements.
Perform functional testing and commissioning of integrated mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems.
Validate vendor deliverables such as point lists, metadata, and open protocol access.
Implement secure control architectures in coordination with network and cybersecurity teams.
Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews for issues involving controls systems.

What we're looking for

Must have 5–7 years of experience in data center engineering, mission-critical infrastructure, or industrial control systems.
Must have experience supporting the design, integration, or deployment of BMS, BAS, EPMS, or SCADA systems in complex facilities.
Must possess working knowledge of controls system architectures, field instrumentation, and SCADA/historian platforms.
Must have knowledge of alarm management, monitoring strategies, commissioning, and functional testing practices.
Must understand OT networking fundamentals and system integration.
Must be familiar with industrial communication protocols such as BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, or MQTT.
Must possess strong technical documentation and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
Experience supporting mission-critical or hyperscale data center environments (preferred); experience with Ignition SCADA or similar platforms (preferred).
