What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred) or equivalent required.
At least eight years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing and production processes.
Experience in biological or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge of media and buffer preparation, cell culture, and purification of biological drugs is required.
In-depth knowledge of safety, quality systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory filings is required.
Expertise in tech transfer process, equipment/facilities validation, and continuous improvement is required.
Proficiency with SAP, LIMS, PI, and other data management systems is required.
Full availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
