Senior Engineer, Business Systems (FP&A)

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable planning models for financial, workforce, and sales forecasting.
• Develop multi-dimensional, driver-based models with a focus on performance and scenario planning.
• Configure workflows, security, and access controls within platforms like Pigment or Anaplan.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines by integrating planning tools with ERP and CRM systems.
• Translate business requirements from global stakeholders into technical designs and documentation.
• Establish model design standards, naming conventions, and SOX-compliant control processes.
• Provide L2/L3 production support to troubleshoot data issues and improve forecast accuracy.

What we're looking for

• 7–10 years of experience in FP&A systems, EPM, or Enterprise Planning implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with Pigment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, financial statements, and driver-based modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience with ETL tools, data warehouses, or Python/scripting (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as Anaplan Certified Model Builder, Workday Adaptive Planning Certification, or Pigment Modeler experience (preferred).
• Experience supporting SaaS models, headcount planning, and revenue modeling (preferred).
