What you'll do

Develop mission-critical NSA-certified cybersecurity devices using custom in-house hardware.
Write real-time embedded software using systems programming languages like C, C++, or Rust.
Translate CONOPS, specifications, and requirements into software designs, code, and test plans.
Execute comprehensive software testing and debugging for high-speed data systems.
Manage the full development lifecycle including maintenance and regular technology refreshes.
Implement concurrent programming and device drivers for serial communication protocols.
Provide technical direction and leadership to execute projects with minimal guidance.
Utilize IDEs, version control, and defect tracking tools to manage software development.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field plus 8 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
Real-time embedded software experience, preferably on Linux OS (preferred).
Experience developing in systems programming languages such as C/C++, with Rust experience preferred (preferred).
Extensive experience with software design, code, integration, and test (preferred).
Experience with concurrent programming (preferred).
