As a Senior Electrical Engineering Program Manager in the Quantum Systems team, you will lead end-to-end planning for complex PCB and superconducting integrated circuit development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams including qubit design, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, reliability, sourcing, supply chain, fabrication partners, and contract manufacturers. Your daily responsibilities include driving technical reviews, readiness evaluations, process development, yield improvement, cost optimization, and performance tracking while developing and improving electrical and PCB development processes, documentation, quality frameworks, and validation workflows.
