Senior Director, Technology Infrastructure & Operations

What you'll do

• Develop and lead enterprise infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Own architecture, delivery, and ongoing operations of core technology services across cloud platforms and networks.
• Establish operating model for infrastructure services to improve reliability, service quality, and cost effectiveness globally.
• Lead disaster recovery, backup, and operational resilience planning to reduce risk and enhance recovery readiness.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services for infrastructure support.
• Define and manage service level objectives with clear accountability for uptime, response times, and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of relevant experience leading infrastructure and operations in complex global enterprises.
• Proven track record of managing multiple teams responsible for cloud platforms, networks, compute, storage, and end-user computing.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and compliance requirements.
• Experience establishing scalable operational processes and performance metrics across distributed teams globally.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders on strategic infrastructure initiatives and communicate effectively at the enterprise level.
