What you'll do

Lead a cross-organizational initiative to transition the engineering environment into an AI-driven, self-optimizing ecosystem.
Orchestrate the strategy and execution to enable data-driven experimentation and automated workflows.
Transform raw metrics into a proactive AI intelligence layer for measuring impact and accelerating software delivery.
Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers to power real-time intelligent experiences.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle of scalable platforms and services.
Provide technical insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide high-level technology decisions.
Simplify complex technical concepts to drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
Establish the foundations for the TPM practice while growing and developing the internal TPM team.

What we're looking for

At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
5+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing/AWS (preferred).
5+ years of experience building and leading an experienced TPM team (preferred).
5+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms (preferred).
5+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
5+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
