What you'll do

  • Develop and govern execution plans for major transformation programs at Day 0, Day 1, and Day 100 milestones.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across concurrent initiatives to prevent conflicts and gaps.
  • Build and maintain risk, cost, and timeline scenario models for executive decision-making.
  • Author executive-level memos on program posture, risk, and strategic direction.
  • Embed audit-readiness into architecture and program design from the outset.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture and enterprise IT program delivery.
  • Proven track record leading I&O architecture across M&A integrations or divestitures.
  • Deep expertise in hybrid cloud, data center, network, and enterprise platform domains.
  • Strong ability to develop and communicate executive-level architectures and trade-off memos.
  • Experience managing complex programs with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated risk identification, escalation, and mitigation skills.
