What you'll do

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience as a technical people manager
12+ years of experience in technical/business consulting with hands-on Adobe Solutions expertise
Proven ability to design, architect, and optimize business processes across systems
Strong background in leading large web-based systems or software product lifecycle
Excellent communication skills for inspiring solutions engineers and partners
Certification in Adobe Experience Platform or Journey Optimizer preferred
