What you'll do
Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing quality strategy aligned with corporate goals.

What we're looking for
At least 12 years of experience in manufacturing quality, including senior leadership roles
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field; master’s preferred
Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC)
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing at the executive level
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost improvements
Certifications such as ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, or Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt
