As a Senior Quality Engineer on the CAS (Clinical Authorization System) team, you will ensure high-quality project delivery and timely execution by adhering to rigorous QA processes. Your responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders such as Product Owners, Business Owners, and Clients to lead discussions and demonstrate the value of QA in strategic projects. You will also mentor team members and oversee their project execution. This role requires extensive experience in test automation frameworks like keyword-driven, data-driven, and BDD approaches, along with expertise in tools such as Java Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber, Playwright, and Jenkins. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage projects of varying complexity are essential. The position demands a hands-on approach and a commitment to continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment focused on clinical software solutions at scale.
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for projects using iterative and agile methodologies.

What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in software development life cycles and methodologies (Scrum, Agile).
Extensive experience in creating testing strategies for iterative and agile projects.
Proficient in implementing automation frameworks using keyword, data-driven, and BDD approaches.
Strong knowledge of QA methodology, principles, tools, processes, and metrics.
Excellent project management skills including demand and capacity management, risk management, and executive reporting.
Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members, fostering trust and collaboration.
Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and delegating tasks efficiently.
