Senior Director Patient Safety Solutions Partner

What you'll do

• Develop and prioritize the multi-year roadmap for the Global Patient Safety technology portfolio including Argus, PIVIT, and Signal Management.
• Lead a team of Directors and Managers to deliver governance, quality assurance, and execution for safety platform initiatives.
• Manage the budget, forecasting, and vendor contract accountability for all software licensing and services within the GPS portfolio.
• Ensure all safety platforms meet GxP validation standards, data integrity requirements, and global regulatory compliance for FDA and EMA reporting.
• Partner with Enterprise IT and Information Security to align safety technology investments with corporate architecture and security standards.
• Manage vendor relationships to resolve conflicts, clarify demands, and align third-party roadmaps with business needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership to negotiate complex issues and report on portfolio health.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise-scale Global Patient Safety, drug safety, or regulatory technology platforms.
• Experience in the biotech, pharma, or life sciences industry (preferred).
• Proven experience leading a multi-disciplinary team of Directors and Managers with budget and vendor contract accountability.
• Deep expertise in patient safety systems, global reporting standards, and GxP validation practices.
• PMP or equivalent project/program management certification (preferred).
• ITIL or SAFe Agile certification (preferred).
