Senior Director, Foundry Design Enablement

What you'll do

• Enable and support the use of Samsung’s PDK for process technology evaluation.
• Guide customers to successful technology evaluation by delivering Samsung’s technology advantages.
• Support product creation from design spec definition to tape out in design infrastructure enablement.
• Work with EDA/IP vendors and internal teams to continuously improve PDKs.
• Provide market and customer feedback on process technology and design infrastructure development.

What we're looking for

• Over 7 years of experience in foundry design enablement, physical design/verification, and tapeout execution.
• Deep understanding of PDK architecture including DFM with knowledge of FinFet/GAA technologies.
• Strong EDA tool proficiency (Virtuoso/ICADV, Calibre, ICV, StarRC/QRC, HSPICE/Spectre) in Linux environment.
• Experience with scripting languages like Perl/Tcl and text file processing tools such as awk/sed.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and global team collaboration.
• Self-motivated project management abilities with a focus on closing action items efficiently.
