  • Design engineering structures in test chips for technology interception and enablement.
  • Conduct comprehensive Power, Performance, Area, and Cost analysis for technology enablement.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of semiconductor process development and manufacturing experience.
  • Deep understanding of device physics, foundry design management, and yield improvement techniques.
  • Experience in technology evaluation, testchip design, and modeling for PDKs and IP development.
  • Strong data analysis skills using EDA tools from Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects with a focus on continuous improvement.
