What you'll do

Lead technical interactions with external foundries for pre-silicon design and post-silicon development.
Compile and analyze data using statistical methods to optimize yield and performance during manufacturing.
Provide sound technical assessments based on architecture and system requirements.
Design engineering structures in test chips for technology interception and enablement.
Conduct comprehensive Power, Performance, Area, and Cost analysis for technology enablement.

What we're looking for

8+ years of semiconductor process development and manufacturing experience.
Deep understanding of device physics, foundry design management, and yield improvement techniques.
Experience in technology evaluation, testchip design, and modeling for PDKs and IP development.
Strong data analysis skills using EDA tools from Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects with a focus on continuous improvement.
