As a Senior Director-level Field CTO at Capital One Software, you will lead the technical direction and market perception of Databolt, an innovative data security solution. Lead technical presentations and create high-signal content at major industry events.

Bridge the gap between field insights and product development for continuous improvement.
Advocate for data security paradigm shifts in complex enterprise environments.
What we're looking for
At least 9 years of experience in technical roles such as engineering or architecture.
At least 5 years of public-facing experience as a Technical Evangelist or similar role with a strong portfolio of speaking engagements and content creation.
Extensive experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks, and cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proven track record in building relationships within the cybersecurity channel ecosystem, including VARs and GSIs.
Demonstrated expertise in data security frameworks (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR) and cryptographic concepts.
Experience in 0 to 1 startup environments, establishing technical narratives for emerging product categories.
