What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, ontology engineering, or related technical domains.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing high-performing talent.
  • Deep expertise in ontology design, taxonomy governance, semantic modeling, metadata management, and data quality standards.
  • Strong foundation in applied AI, including NLP, embeddings, classification, recommendation systems, and model monitoring.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical strategies and risks to senior executives effectively.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
