What you'll do

Lead, mentor, and develop associates by providing actionable feedback and supporting their career progression.
Serve as a subject matter expert to advise on risk reduction through the configuration of cybersecurity tools and platforms.
Develop and maintain capability, risk, and threat classification frameworks to facilitate maturity evaluations.
Execute continuous improvement programs including risk identification, corrective action implementation, and results validation.
Operationalize linkages between threats, controls, and data analytics to prioritize spending and resource allocation.
Manage large-scale enterprise risk reduction efforts and coordinate consistent control design across multiple cyber programs.
Conduct cross-domain cybersecurity risk assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulator expectations.
Communicate the impact of security gaps and remediation plans to leadership and diverse stakeholders.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
At least 6 years of experience evaluating, contributing to, or supporting development of cybersecurity capabilities.
7+ years of experience with cybersecurity frameworks and concepts such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CMMC, FedRAMP, etc. (preferred).
7+ years of experience performing analysis of or developing solutions for cyber threats, vulnerabilities, risks, or events (preferred).
7+ years of experience working on teams and presenting cybersecurity information to stakeholders (preferred).
6+ years of experience working in multi-cloud environments (preferred).
6+ years of experience using security tools like Splunk, Crowdstrike, Qualys, or AWS Security Hub (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
