As the Senior Director of Arc - Agentic Commerce Strategy & GTM, you will lead Circle’s strategic efforts to establish USDC and the Agent Stack as the default financial infrastructure for AI-driven commerce. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Ecosystems, Product, Developer Relations, Engineering, and Commercial leadership to identify high-value opportunities, define ecosystem adoption strategies, and influence product investments that accelerate agentic transaction volume. Your role involves building and scaling an agentic commerce ecosystem on Circle’s blockchain Arc, fostering partnerships with AI builders, model providers, enterprises, and developers to drive broad external adoption of the Agent Stack. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive ecosystem strategies, launching strategic partnerships, expanding infrastructure adoption, and shaping long-term convergence between agentic commerce and autonomous finance. Success in this role requires extensive experience in platform partnerships, ecosystem development, product strategy, and influencing executive stakeholders without direct authority.
Define and execute Circle's strategy for agentic commerce on Arc.
Identify high-value opportunities for agent-driven commerce and define strategic roadmap.
Architect partnership and growth programs to accelerate adoption of USDC and Agent Stack.
Influence product investments required to enhance competitiveness of agentic commerce infrastructure.
Develop repeatable ecosystem motions and frameworks that scale beyond individual relationships.
What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in platform partnerships, ecosystem development, product partnerships, developer platforms, strategy, business development, or related functions.
Proven track record of creating and scaling new markets, categories, platforms, ecosystems, or infrastructure businesses.
Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple organizations without direct authority.
Experience building platform adoption strategies and ecosystem growth initiatives that drive measurable usage and engagement.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, executive influence, and strategic problem-solving skills in ambiguous markets.
Familiarity with AI platforms, foundation model providers, inference infrastructure, agent frameworks, developer tooling, or AI application ecosystems.
