What you'll do

Set and drive the long-term vision for Upstart’s Agentic Platform.
Own and evolve the platform roadmap to balance speed, safety, and scalability.
Develop intuitive product experiences enabling non-technical users to build agents.
Establish evaluation frameworks ensuring agents are reliable and production-ready.
Define architectural strategy for agentic systems including orchestration and state management.

What we're looking for

8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical or platform products.
Strong foundation in machine learning concepts and modern AI systems like LLMs, RAG, tool-calling, memory.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML-powered products from concept to production at scale.
Ability to define product strategy and drive alignment across senior stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational leadership skills.
Background in machine learning engineering or research through direct work experience or close partnership.
