What we're looking for

12+ years of professional experience in technology industry, including 5+ years in cloud hosting or AI Factory infrastructure.
Deep technical expertise in cloud hosting software, Kubernetes, hypervisors, container runtimes, and end-to-end AI Factory infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead and scale developer programs at major tech companies or ISVs.
Strong skills in negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in distilling complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and jointly marketing solutions with strategic partners.
Hands-on experience building vertical-specific AI Factory solutions and optimizing hardware architecture for performance.
Familiarity with advanced computing platforms like CUDA, DOCA, GPU/Network operator, and NVIDIA's 5-layer AI model.
