What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of analytics experience, a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience.
Possess expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Generative AI, Personalization, and Item Recommendation algorithms.
Experience in building and evaluating large-scale machine learning and deep learning models.
Experience in deploying highly scalable Recommender Systems (preferred domain: conversational agents).
Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics (preferred).
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R (preferred).
Proficiency in using open source frameworks such as scikit-learn, tensorflow, or torch (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
