What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and machine learning (Python, R, SQL).
Experience working with large healthcare datasets to generate actionable insights.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
Experience supporting commercial decision-making such as pricing and product strategy.
Excellent communication skills for distilling complex analyses into strategic recommendations.
Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field required.
