As a Senior Data Lead in Qualcomm’s ADAS R&D Software team, you will own the end-to-end data strategy for an advanced E2E AI-based Autonomous Driving stack, ensuring that data drives learning, performance, safety, and scalability across perception and planning systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining and driving the data strategy, managing the full lifecycle of fleet data from ingestion to annotation, collaborating with technical peers on architecture decisions, and enabling closed/open-loop learning for continuous model improvement. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in AD stack development, large-scale ML systems, and MLOps, as well as a deep understanding of data pipelines and validation processes. You will work within the context of developing highly complex software solutions for autonomous vehicles, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to enhance camera perception, sensor fusion, behavior prediction, and planning algorithms.
