Principal Deep Learning Senior Engineer, End-To-End Autonomous Driving

What you'll do

• Design and train advanced AI models, including generative, imitation, and reinforcement learning, to enhance autonomous driving systems.
• Build and fine-tune large language, vision, and multimodal agent models for real-world vehicle applications.
• Develop novel data generation strategies to improve the diversity and quality of training datasets for autonomous vehicles.
• Ensure safety-critical machine learning models are integrated with vehicle firmware for production deployment.
• Collaborate on deploying AI models in production environments while meeting performance, safety, and reliability standards.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, VLMs, or VLAs from scratch or extensive coding expertise in autonomous systems.
• Deep understanding of modern deep learning architectures and optimization techniques for AI models.
• Proven history of deploying large-scale ML models in self-driving cars or robotics environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with major deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with C++ for integrating machine learning models into safety-critical vehicle systems.
• Master's degree (or equivalent experience) plus 13+ years of work in AV or related field, or PhD with 11+ years of experience.
