What you'll do

Define target-state architecture for data pipelines supporting Parts and Accessories catalogs.
Identify gaps in existing processes and design architectural solutions for new capabilities.
Improve reliability of data platforms by reducing incident counts and time to resolve issues.
Establish standards for data modeling, lifecycle management, integration design, and platform performance.
Mentor junior engineers and facilitate a strong team culture focused on continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

10+ years of professional data engineering experience
Mastery in SQL, data modeling, and modern programming languages like Python or Java
Expertise in automotive data standards (ACES and PIES)
Proficiency in core relational databases and NoSQL technologies
Experience driving architecture changes for world-class data solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
Professional experience with Azure, cloud migrations, and eCommerce platforms
