We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics Engineering team, where you will develop and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting product usage reporting and enterprise analytics. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building end-to-end data pipelines from instrumentation to executive dashboards using tools like Power BI, establishing clear ownership models for data governance, ensuring data quality through validation strategies and monitoring systems, and collaborating with Product, Analytics, and BI teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field, proficiency in unified data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, hands-on experience with cloud environments like AWS or Azure, and strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly. Experience with product usage data and semantic modeling is preferred.

What you'll do
Build and implement end-to-end data pipelines for product instrumentation and reporting.
Develop and maintain documentation for source-of-truth datasets, including metric definitions and lineage tracking.

Establish clear ownership models across the data lifecycle to ensure accountability.
Define RACI frameworks to clarify roles in data governance processes.

What we're looking for
5+ years of data engineering or related experience.
Proficiency in Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL.
Experience with modern data transformation frameworks like dbt, Spark.
Hands-on expertise in cloud-based high-capacity data integration solutions.
Knowledge of semantic modeling and BI tools such as Power BI.
Ability to define and implement data ownership models and RACI frameworks.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
