Your primary responsibilities include identifying opportunities to upgrade server components, validating network cabling and connectivity, and mentoring less experienced technicians on best practices and troubleshooting techniques. You will also monitor ticketing systems, ensure adherence to SOPs and MOPs, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues related to resiliency and availability.
