JOB TITLE: Senior Data Analyst - Office of the Chief Data Officer, Central Analytics The Senior Data Analyst joins the Enterprise Data team to build and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities. This role focuses on maximizing the value of the data ecosystem by transforming complex data into actionable, AI-enabled insights to shape product strategy. You will perform innovation by mining voluminous data sources, provide business intelligence through consultancy and dashboard development, and manage data quality, metadata, and lineage. The position requires proficiency in scripting languages including Python, R, Spark, and SQL, along with experience using Snowflake services and AWS. You will work across Product, Technology, and Risk teams to solve complex business problems, ensuring adherence to data governance principles while developing self-service frameworks for data consumers within a modern enterprise data ecosystem.

What you'll do

Lead product analytics to measure and improve the performance and health of products and platforms.
Transform complex data into actionable, AI-enabled insights to shape product strategy and drive business decisions.
Mine complex and voluminous data sources using open-source and digital technologies.
Build well-managed data solutions and tools to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.
Design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for business intelligence and data visualization.
Drive adherence to data quality management principles including metadata, lineage, and business definitions.
Build and execute tools to monitor and report on data quality.
Manage security mechanisms and data access governance in collaboration with technology teams.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or be in the process of obtaining one.
Must have at least 2 years of experience performing data analytics.
Must have at least 1 year of experience working with at least one scripting language.
Must have at least 1 year of experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool.
Must have at least 1 year of experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms.
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
