Senior Data Analyst, Health Operations

What you'll do

• Design and govern analytical frameworks and KPI systems to measure health operations performance.
• Build reporting infrastructure from the ground up for new service and feature launches.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for business strategy.
• Partner with leadership to define goals, pressure-test assumptions, and proactively identify risks.
• Establish analytics standards and best practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, well-documented data foundations for self-service access.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or QuickSight.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Biostatistics, Business, Healthcare, Operations Research, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business insights, data analytics, or a strategy and analytics role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a lead or senior individual contributor capacity.
• Experience developing KPIs and operational metrics by collaborating with stakeholders to define logic and maintain reporting consistency.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Strong SQL proficiency combined with Python or equivalent scripting skills for data analysis.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or AWS QuickSight for executive presentations and insight synthesis.
• Ability to work in a hybrid, in-person capacity at the Cupertino, California location.
