What you'll do

  • Provide expert guidance in Joint Cyberspace plans development and staffing processes.
  • Lead daily activities as contract Site Lead within USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, or JTF-ARES.
  • Draft and staff foundational planning documents like OPLANS, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
  • Coordinate CO planning activities through the IJSTO for effective execution.
  • Develop comprehensive programs to assess Cyberspace Operations and validate performance.

What we're looking for

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph required.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Joint Operations Planner or leading such processes, including knowledge of JPP, JOPES, and APEX planning guidance.
  • 10+ years in Cyber operations or 15+ combined years in Cyber, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, Information Technology fields.
  • Experience leading teams and providing senior-level advice to USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, or JTF-ARES leadership.
  • Graduate of formal training as a Cyber Operational Planner within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
  • Deep familiarity with Joint Publications such as JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning.
  • Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and computer networking fundamentals.
