What you'll do
Lead and supervise an operational team for monitoring and maintaining mission-critical cyber defense systems.
Provide technical oversight to ensure continuous system availability through alert monitoring and health validation.
Oversee routine maintenance, service validations, and configuration management activities to maintain system readiness.
Coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve complex system issues and restore services promptly.
Mentor team members and develop their operational discipline and technical proficiency.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science or related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience including 2 years leading teams
Demonstrated leadership in a 24x7 operational environment with system monitoring and maintenance oversight
Experience managing system availability, uptime metrics, and service continuity for mission-critical systems
Proven ability to govern maintenance execution, configuration management, and change control processes in regulated environments
Strong troubleshooting skills using structured diagnostic methodologies for enterprise systems and applications
Current active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Intermediate DoD 8140 work role (521) Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support Specialist certification
