What you'll do

  • Lead the development of Offensive Cyberspace Operational plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Drive integration and coordination between offensive and defensive cyberspace operations planning processes.
  • Draft foundational planning documents such as operational plans, orders, and fragmentary orders.
  • Engage in long-range strategic planning efforts with internal and external partners in cyber activities.
  • Review and prioritize operational requirements for the acquisition of new cyber capabilities.
  • Conduct situational awareness and support current operations activities within Crisis Action Teams.

What we're looking for

  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph required.
  • Eight plus years of recent work experience as a Cyberspace Operations Planner since 2015.
  • Formal training as a Cyber Operational Planner within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
  • Senior-level knowledge of Blue-space cyber capabilities and understanding of available cyber infrastructure for Offensive Cyberspace Operations.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with OCO concepts, capabilities, and authorities (Title 10 vs. Title 50) and mastery of applicable Joint Publications.
  • Ability to work across Department of Defense and Intelligence Community agencies to support organizational goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
