What we're looking for

  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Engineering or Customer Engineering.
  • Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying environment with SaaS metrics understanding.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both deep technical details and high-level business strategy.
  • Ability to leverage AI agents and internal platforms for workflow automation and routine task handling.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloudflare's developer platform, including Workers AI and AI Gateway.
